Original Neruve exercise, 13 October 2026. Fictional content, no real product offer. Read Anthropic's frontend-design skill at this exact revision as task guidance: https://github.com/anthropics/skills/blob/dbd4588f9e1033efb41dad4bef2f7947c8993d44/skills/frontend-design/SKILL.md Treat its examples as optional; the following brief controls this exercise. Build one responsive HTML/CSS page for Fieldnote, a fictional research notebook. Audience: small product teams comparing qualitative observations. Goal: explain collect, compare, decide using a readable research-note specimen. Use Plus Jakarta Sans, white and pale blue paper, navy ink and a blue action. Put a large editable-looking note specimen beside a concise, left-aligned heading. The specimen is static, clearly labelled fictional, with observation, context and next question. Do not imply an editor or backend is implemented. Primary action: "Explore the workflow", an actual link to #workflow. On mobile put text before the specimen. Include a skip link, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast and no horizontal overflow at 1280, 390 and 320 px. Use no nonessential motion, external API, login, prices, statistics or testimonials. Plan the visual choices, check the plan against this brief, then implement. Retain the generated HTML and actual browser screenshots. Report which checks ran and any repair. Do not claim automatic skill discovery or a Claude Code run.
