Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use neruve.build, including your account, purchases and access to digital resources.
1. Who this policy covers
Neruve is the service described in this policy. It applies to information handled for this website. Third-party login, payment services and linked GitHub projects also have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we handle
Account information includes your email address, display name, profile photo when provided by your sign-in provider, authentication provider identifier, verification status and account status. We handle session identifiers and security records to authenticate requests and prevent abuse.
Service records include saved favorites, purchases, payment references, access entitlements, download activity and support correspondence you choose to send. Technical information may include IP addresses, request details, browser information, timestamps and security logs processed by our hosting and network providers.
Payment details are collected through the payment provider’s checkout. Neruve does not ask you to enter a full payment card number in its own application forms.
3. Why we use this information
We use information to create and secure your account, deliver purchased resources, maintain purchase records, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and unauthorized downloads, resolve disputes and comply with applicable obligations. Signing in on a new device invalidates your previous application session.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for activities that require it.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Google Firebase supports email and Google authentication. See Firebase privacy information ↗. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment-related services when a purchase is available; its terms and privacy information are provided through checkout. Cloudflare and our hosting providers process traffic to deliver and protect the website.
When your browser loads a Google profile photo or follows an external resource link, the third-party service receives the request. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security threats, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and authentication-related storage required by the login provider. Browser storage remembers preferences such as your selected language. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login and access to purchases. You can sign out and clear site data in your browser settings.
6. Storage, transfers and security
Our application is hosted in Hong Kong. Authentication, payment and network providers may process information in other countries. Where required, international transfers must use safeguards recognized by applicable law.
We use encrypted connections, access controls, private delivery storage and administrator verification to protect information. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining your account and purchases. Some transaction, dispute, security and compliance records may need to remain after an account is closed. Retention depends on the type of record, applicable requirements and unresolved claims; account deletion does not necessarily erase every transaction record immediately.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
Deleting the Neruve account does not delete your Google account. Payment providers may retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations.
9. Children
Neruve is intended for people able to enter into an agreement for digital resources, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can investigate.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
