Terms of Service

These terms explain the conditions for using neruve.build and accessing its templates, prompts and skills. Read them together with the product description, applicable resource license and checkout terms before purchasing.

1. Using Neruve

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, provide accurate account information and comply with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase resources.

2. Accounts and security

Keep your account secure and do not share credentials or provide access to others through your account. A new login ends the previous application session. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law.

3. Templates, prompts and skills

Resources are supplied as described on their product pages. A template may include source files and a paired prompt when one is available; not every template includes a prompt. A preview is for evaluation and does not itself grant permission to extract, redistribute or use the underlying materials.

Third-party skills and GitHub projects remain subject to their original licenses and notices. “Copy to agent” supplies installation instructions; it does not guarantee compatibility or install a skill for you. Review third-party code and permissions before running it.

4. Licenses and permitted use

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. Use downloaded materials only as permitted by the license supplied with the resource. Third-party fonts, images, libraries, trademarks and other assets may require separate permission or replacement. A Neruve purchase does not override those conditions.

Do not resell or redistribute resource bundles, source archives, prompts or account access as a competing library unless the applicable license expressly permits it. This restriction does not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license. If the intended use is unclear, ask before buying.

5. Prices and All Access

The standard price is US$2 for a single template and US$199 for All Access, as confirmed at checkout. These are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Taxes, currency conversion and the final payable amount are shown by the payment provider.

All Access covers the collection and resource versions specified for that offer when you purchase. It does not promise every future resource, every future version or perpetual hosting unless your offer expressly includes them. Your purchase record and checkout description determine your coverage.

6. Payments and delivery

When paid checkout is available, Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and provides payment-related terms. Access is activated after successful payment is confirmed. A checkout redirect alone is not proof of payment. Contact support with your order reference if payment succeeds but access does not appear.

Resources are delivered digitally through your account. Network problems, security checks or maintenance may temporarily delay access. Keep a backup of files you download where their license permits.

7. Refunds and purchase problems

If you encounter duplicate billing, non-delivery or a resource that materially differs from its description, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. Refund and billing requests are handled with Dodo Payments as applicable.

Any additional refund conditions shown before purchase form part of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies, cancellation rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Downloading a resource does not by itself establish that you have waived such rights.

8. Acceptable use

Do not bypass payment or access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, use stolen payment information, scrape protected resources or distribute malware. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than accessing other users’ information or extracting protected resources.

9. Availability and responsibility

Evaluate resources for your own use, including accessibility, security, browser compatibility and third-party rights. We do not promise a particular business result, search ranking or that a resource is suitable for every project. To the extent permitted by law, resources are provided as available; this does not limit an express product commitment or a mandatory warranty.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

10. Suspension and changes

We may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, and will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Refunds or payment reversals may remove the corresponding access entitlement. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be communicated where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights already granted by your purchase or its license.

11. Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. For account, order, licensing or other questions, use the contact details below. Include an order reference when relevant, but never send passwords or full payment card numbers.
